Q-Where is my order?
- A- you should receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
- A- Yes, free shipping is offered with a purchase of $35 or more.
- A- No , we do not charge separately for handling at this time, however; Shipping and handling time is between 3-4 days not including holidays
- A- unfortunately we DO NOT accept returns on intimate items , however there is a chance an exchange could be offered under special circumstances.
- A- The materials vary by item; however brief descriptions are provided in the verbiage upon selecting item.
- A- No, if a return is acceptable, buyer must pay to return the item.
- A- Unfortunately we do not have a loyalty card at this time.
- A- We accept all major credit cards.
- A- No, most items are from branded companies and have already been sized. On non branded items the fit is based on size preference of individual. (Ie) an item marked as medium could possible fit your body type loose or tight. If we feel an item runs small, or large we do are best to mention that in the description provided when selecting item.
